Father Paul Lloyd (1905-1952) served as Chaplain of the IBM and performed at many magic conventions.
Father Lloyd was only two year when his family moved to Chicago where he lived until he lost both his parents at the age of 10. He was then raised in Aurora, Illinois, by an aunt and uncle.
Lloyd won best novelty act at the Combined IBM/SAM convention in 1951, a year before his death of a heart attack at the age of 48.

He was the author of a book of tricks for priests.
