Oscar Paulsen (1899-1983) was a semi-professional magician who did a comedy act.
Eventually Oscar's family came to England to live, where he worked as a telegraphist and later became the Manager of the Cable & Cipher Dept. for I.T.T. Company. A bachelor, he lived in lodgings all his adult life.
He was a member of the North Wales Magic Circle and the Mahatma Circle of Magicians., president of the I.B.M. British Ring, and Inner member of the Magic Circle. He was a contributor to the Linking Ring and the Mahatma Circular.
He produced the Magic Circle Show in 1924.
