William Simon ( April 7, 1927 - May 6, 1988) was an amateur cardman.

Bill entered Roanoke College at the age of 15. His college work was interrupted during World War II. He served in the Army Air Corps as a cryptographer. After the war, Bill graduated from New York University. In 1962, he founded the Brassbestos Manufacturing Corporation , which he served as its President until 1984. Friend of both Ed Marlo and Dai Vernon.

Created the Four Packets Triumph (See Sleightly Sensational, page 21) and Business Card Prophecy Force.
