Card Destroyed
From MagicPedia
The most common manner in which cards are destroyed (debatable) is when a spectator 'signs' a card. The quintessential such routine is Bro. John Hamman's The Signed Card, from the book The Secrets of Bro. John Hamman.
There are other routines in which cards are 'torn'. Once such is David Williamson's Torn and Restored Transposition, from Williamson's Wonders.
Paul Harris introduced another destruction in his Stapled, a plot which has been developed, for example, by J. K. Hartman.
more signed card routines - more torn card routines - more creative destruction
