The Genii Corporation owns and publishes Genii, The Conjurors' Magazine, as well as The Genii Forum and MagicPedia.
The company was formed in 1998 by Richard and Elizabeth Kaufman, and Daniel and Jane Solomon, to purchase Genii and all its assets from Irene Larsen.
