Hal Merton

Walter George Peterkin (January 24, 1876 - ?), born in Brooklyn, New York, performed on the lyceum circuit as a magician and ventriloquist under the name Hal Merton.
He was owner and publisher of Mahatma from February 1900 - 1901.
