Inspired by the [[Stars of Magic]] series in both design and content, the Masters of Magic series was published by the [[Camirand Academy of Magic]] from 1978 to 1986. Six lavishly photo-illustrated one-trick booklets were produced in the series, all created and written by [[Gary Ouellet]][[Finger on the Card]], [[Supershells]], [[The Silver Passage]], [[The Two Goblets]], [[The Homing Ring]], and [[Threshold]]. The seventh and last installment—[[The Coin Connection]]—was written by [[Gary Ouellet]], but created by [[Eric DeCamps]].
