Potter's Index also known as The Master Index to Magic in Print, is an index of nearly 100,000 tricks, routines by categories (including an extensive list of card magic categories) compiled by Jack Potter (up to the end of 1964) with the aid of Milton Kort . It originally appeared in his "Potter's Bar" column in both The Linking Ring and The Budget.
It was later published in fourteen, 500 pages, volumes by Micky Hades between 1967 and 1977. A fifteenth volume, consisting of nine supplements, was also released.
