The Rumba Count is a false count with cards that will show all faces of a small packet of cards to be the same while in reality only showing one developed by Jean-Pierre Vallarino. It was published first in french in Arcane magazine N° 67, july 1992, page 7, then in Gary Ouellet's column "Fulminations" in Genii magazine, Vol. 56, N° 1, november 1992, page 74.
It's similar to the Flustration Count/Back Count.
