Mr. Howard has enjoyed a career as an actor.  Upon graduating cum laude from Ohio University with a BFA in theater, he served in the United States Army.
 
After military service, he began a forty year career as a professional actor and teacher in repertory theaters across America.
 
He created and starred in the international award winning, nationally syndicated television series for young audiences, “Max B. Nimble,” for which he won an Emmy® Award. 
 
He is also the star and co-creator of the play-with-magic, "The War Wizard", which celebrates the astonishing career and adventurous life of the legendary 19th century American showman, Civil War soldier, inventor and traveling magician, [[William Augustus Reich]], known as Prof. Gus Rich, “The Wizard of the Blue Ridge.”  The War Wizard has been presented at the [[Magic Castle]] in Hollywood.

Max Howard (b. 1942) is an Emmy® Award-winning actor, author and keynote speaker.

Biography

Mr. Howard has enjoyed a career as an actor. Upon graduating cum laude from Ohio University with a BFA in theater, he served in the United States Army.

After military service, he began a forty year career as a professional actor and teacher in repertory theaters across America.
