Magic, Inc. is a magic shop located in Chicago, Illinois. It is one of the oldest, having been in business since 1926. It is the successor to the Ireland Magic Company created by Laurie Ireland.[1]
After Lauire Ireland's death in 1954, the business was taken over and managed by Jay Marshall, who later married Ireland’s widow, Frances Ireland. The shop moved to Lincoln Avenue in 1963, and was renamed "Magic, Inc." The business was on Lincoln Ave for 53 years until it moved to Lawrence Ave in 2016.
After Jay Marshall died in 2005, his son Sandy Marshall took over and now manages the business, which was still open as of 2021.
