Bill Miesel (1935-2012), pronounced like measle, was an assistant manager of a supermarket in Erie, Pennsylvania, an amateur magician, author and publisher.[1]
Biography
He contributed to many magazine and published Precursor with his friend Ed Eckl starting in June of 1983.
At the 2002 FFFF, Eckle and Miesel receive plaques for the work they did on Precursor.
