Dr. Victor Trask (1902-?), along with his wife Carolyn, were prominent in the Southern California magic circles and early members of the Magic Castle.[1]
Biography
His father was an avid magical enthusiast since childhood, when he was asked to assist Alexander Herrmann on the stage.
Trask's school vacations were devoted to magic during which he made his first magical friends: Virgil Mulkey (The Great Virgil), Bert Raynor, and Jimmy Stoppard.
Trask entered Oregon State College of Pharmacy, but continued to do magic on the side. During his sophomore year he met his future wife, Carolyn Reed. They were married around 1925.

Trask's bequest his magic books to Long Beach (California), IBM Ring 96, which were auctioned off at the Magic Castle and realized over four thousand dollars. [3]
The Trasks had no children.
