Robert "Bob" Youngs (fl. 1950s), a public relations representative with the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company, served as President of P.C.A.M..
Biography
Youngs became interested in magic at the age of 14, which he performed at college and as an officer in the Marine Corps.
He has held every office in the Spokane Mystic Club and was the Official Host for the P.C.A.M. Convention in 1953.[1]
