Andrew Buel (b.1890-d.1960) was the first IBM Ring One President.

From 1927 to 1936 Buel was the President of IBM Ring One in St. Louis. Buel was born on March 22, 1890 and his interest in magic started at age 10. He worked in St. Louis vaudeville during the 1907 to 1910 years performing magic shows and club dates.
