Abel Pabón (c.1931-2016), a student of Slydini, professionally performed a bird act in upscale night clubs in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
Biography
In 1950's, while stationed in New York with the Air Force, he visited magic shops and started taking lessons with Tony Slydini.
Upon returning to Puerto Rico after getting out of the Air Force, he worked perfecting a double act with his wife, Marina.[1]
Pabón performed at the S.A.M. and I.B.M. national conventions. He was also invited to the F.F.F.F.
After retiring from the stage, he founded a Maritime Cargo Company in Puerto Rico called "Magic Transport".[2]
