C. Thomas Magrum (July 4, 1907 - July 31, 1996), born in Rock Island, Illinois, was a professional stage magician doing school assembly shows around the United States starting in 1926.
Magrum served in the Army during World War II where he gave frequent shows for the servicemen, at nearby service clubs and theaters.
He semi-retired in 1967 to Davenport, Iowa, where he started his own booking service and still doing some school shows into his 80s.
