Coloroto was a Rough and Smooth deck created by Dr. Lazlo Rothbart.
Published in Jinx No. 71 (December 1939), it introduced the idea of "Super Roughing".
Super roughing employs using roughing fluid only of top or bottom half of each card, thus allowing certain pairs when spread one way and different combinations when spread the other.
It was later published in Annemann's Miracles of Card Magic (which was included in Annemann's Card Magic).
