Bill Palmer (b. 1942) played the part of Merlin the Magician from 1975 - 2000 at various Renaissance Festivals in the South, including Texas Renaissance Festival, Scarborough Faire and the Florida Renaissance Festival and is the curator of Cups and Balls Museum.[1]

Graduated in 1964 from Rice University, BA Germanics.
