The Mene-Tekel or Menetekel Deck is a mechanical deck credited to Burling Hull (1910)
The name "Mene, Tekel" was first applied by W.D. Leroy (a magic dealer from Boston).
Like the Svengali Deck is contains 26 ordinary cards and 26 short carss, but all the short cards are the same suit and value.
