Charles Culver (fl. 1940s-1950s) was President of the Baltimore Maryland Demons Club (The SAM Kellar-Thurston Assembly No. 6) in 1950.
Biography
Local Assembly reports in MUM show him performing as MC at numerous shows.
A photo of Culver can be seen at the Conjuring Arts' exhibit, "The Many Faces of Magic."[1]
