Magic World (Thurston)
Magic World was a periodical released in December, 1991 that was edited by Richard R. Fisher out of New York City and published "In the interest of the World's Greatest Magician."[1]
It consists of 8 pages exploiting the Howard Thurston show.
Page one carries large portrait Thurston. Page two had the interior and exterior views of Thurston's shop, a portrait of Beatrice Foster, a scene at matinee in Ford's Opera House, Baltimore,Maryland and sketches of Thurston in action at Crown theatre in Chicago. On page three carried Thurston and a group East Indian fakirs in city of Bombay; his company at Agra, India; the Lady and Lion illusion; Indian Rope Climbing Trick; Hindus welcoming Thurston at Delhi; the tent in which Thurston toured India; a trip on the river Ganges, and another showing Thurston in Hong Kong, China. On page four there were "Tricks You Can Do At Home"
