Jose "Pepe" Carroll is the stage name of the close-up magician José Franco Arsenio Larraz from Spain.

He contributed regularly to several magic magazines and a member of the Escuela Magica de Madrid (the Madrid Magic Academy.)

Carroll became a popular television figure in Spain on Juan Tamariz's Magia Potagia show.
