Ralph W. Hull (July 5, 1883- May 20, 1943) was a professional magician for a few years before going back to the family mercantile business in Ohio where he was born.

He is best know for the mechanical decks he developed using his rough and smooth principle.

John Northern Hilliard's Greater Magic has a chapter, "The Tuned Deck", devoted to Hull.
