Point Of Departure is a card transposition routine by Alex Elmsley which was published in the booklet Come a Little Closer (edited by Peter Warlock in 1953) and was reprinted in the Pallbearers Review, vol. 5, no. 2.


Effect: A chosen card vanished from between two aces while being held by the spectator, and re-appears in the performer’s pocket.
