"up" to Cards

Card Palms are usually categorized by where the card begins:

top of the deck (ex: Erdnase Top Palms)
bottom of the deck (ex: Erdnase Bottom Palms)
in the deck (ex: Diagonal Palm Shift)
out of the deck (ex: Card Back Palm)
