Keith Abson (b.1912-d.1988) was an Australian caravan magician.
Biography
He got his start in magic when he toured briefly in the 1930s with the Sloggetts show. After an interruption to serve in the military during World War II, he toured in a caravan throughout Australia, Queensland and Tasmania for a number of years with his wife, Eileen.
After Eileen became tired of show business they separated, but Abson continuing his touring until retiring in 1968.[1]
He served as President of the Australian Magicians' Club during the mid-1970s and edited their newsletter, Gems of Magic (only one known issue known to exist).[2]
