Free-Flight
Free-Flight was a Matrix type effect using just one card that was first published Paul Harris Reveals Some of His Most Intimate Secrets (1976). Coins vanish from your hand and appear under a single playing card.
It was updated as Free-Flight Revisited and published in Close-Up Entertainer (1979)
It was then part of Michael Ammar's Magical Arts Journal, Vol. 2, No. 9-10-11-12 1989, issue called "Paul Harris The Act"
It was also included in the compilation Art of Astonishment Book 3 (1996).
Michael's Proposition, also in Book 3 (Originally in Close-Up Seductions), is Michael Ammar's addition to Free Flight which causes the final coin and the card to appear under the spectator's hand.
Variations
- Quicksilver Flight by Irshaad Hussain in Apocalypse Vol. 4, No 4, April 1981: a four coin and card routine with a jumbo coin ending to Free Flight.
