Monarque (1905-1970) was a FISM winning sleight-of-hand expert and ventriloquist.[1]

Biography

He also performed his paper-magic act as "Paperman" and a pickpocket act as "Jean Lupin".

Monarque was a member of Association Syndicale des Artistes Prestidigitateurs.[2]
