Alain Choquette is a prolific creator of magical illusions.

Choquette performs at large venues, on TV specials and tours internationally. He is famous for ending huge shows (thousands in the audience) with one of the world's smallest close-up effect (Gypsy Thread). On World's Greatest Magic I, Choquette performed it to a poem written for the occasion (The Canvas of Love). Choquette was the first to suggest the use of black light when performing Gypsy Thread to make the thread more visible in a large theater.

Choquette presented his micro-magic tricks on the Ad Lib talk-show for seven years. Beginning in 1993, he performed a series of shows in Quebec and the United States, including Première apparition, Fascination, Jeux de vilain and Alain Choquette et Cie.

His effect "Disappearing Dozen" was performed by David Copperfield.

In addition to hosting Passion Maisons à Historia, since April 2007, he offers workshop/conference entitled The Magical Powers Within to businesses and their staff.
