Alois Kassner (August 28, 1887 - March 23, 1970) was a German illusionist.

Biography

He performed a with a full evening show with twenty assistants, one of the largest magical shows in Germany of his day. He was active in central Europe between World War I and II. He made a short come-back after the last war and retired at the age of 65. His farewell show was on August 1954 in Berlin.

Kassner was a member of the I. B. M. and the Magic Circle. His colorful posters are treasured by collectors.[1]
