The Blue Devil was a flyer for the Bailey & Tripp Co. by Sam Bailey (later as the S. Willson Bailey Co.) in Cambridgeport, Massachusetts.
It first in 1909, but did not start issuing regularly until after January, 1916. It ran at least until issue No. 32 in 1922, which featured a complete reprint of Progressive Prestidigitation by Henry S. Percival.
