Bob Elliott, for many decades, was at the heart of the New York magic scene. [1]

With his wife, Happy, they helped run the Tannen Magic Camp. They also helped book lecture tours and welcomed many rising stars of magic into their house.

Elliott worked as a Mining Engineer and was a teacher at the Harry Lorayne Memory School as well as at the "School for Magicians."

After retiring, he moved to the West Coast and eventually relocated to Oceanside, California.

He inspired many magicians including Richard Kaufman, whom he taught his first actual card routine[2]
