Carl Langdon (1917-1995) was a semi-professional magician performing under the name of "The Mysterious Mr. E."

Biography

He was also a columnist for Genii, writing the column "From the Mysteries of Mr. E." in the late 1950s.

Langdon had served as President of the Pacific Coast Association of Magicians in 1961, was a past president of Ring 55 of the International Brotherhood of Magicians in Phoenix, edited the Ring 55 newsletter for ten years, and was a charger member of S.A.M. Assembly 248 in Scottsdale, Arizona.[1] [2]
