Nyquist was an attorney for the Treasury Department in Washington DC. that had a life-long interest in magic.[1]
He contributed several tricks to various magazines such as Jinx and Phoenix, some with his friend Jack McMillan.
His collection of magic books went to Lloyd Jones.
