Chicanery was a close-up orientated magic magazine by Stephen Tucker (a successor to his Spell-Binder).

A complete file consists of two volumes from June 1986 to March 1988.

Most of the effects were by Tucker, some pen names such as Pen Tell, Nick Fountain and Mark Erpen. There were also contributions from Phil Goldstein (Max Maven), John Carney, Aldo Colombini, Wayne Dobson, David Britland and Bill Miesel.
