Cincinnati Academy of Magic and Allied Sciences (C.A.M.A.S.) founded by Bill Brewe on July 23, 1965.

It was organized as a non-political organization to supplement the established magic clubs with independent views and activities, and to promote the magical arts as public entertainment. Among its projects was at least one annual charity show and an annual banquet.

It awarded special recognition, "The Order of The Owl," to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the magical arts, and performs many public shows under independent sponsorships to support C.A.M.A.S. projects.[1]

Its official publication was The Pentacle.
