Amos Coke Cecil ( 1897? - June 1, 1958)

Cecil was very active in the magic community. He served in several as the IBM Territorial Vice President for North Carolina and was well known throughout the area for his performances for charity.

He ran Cecil's Drug Stores in 1925 and in 1946 began the Cecil's Office Equipment Company as owner-manager.

Cecil was killed in an car accident in Alabama while driving home from Arkansas.

The IBM Ring 144 in North Carolina was named in his honor.
