Biography
Bush was an accountant by trade, but also performed as a part time professional in Vaudeville, clubs and close-up venues.
He contributed magic to M-U-M The Linking Ring, Jinx, Pallbearers Review, Gen, Dai Vernon's Tribute to Nate Leipzig and many of Karl Fulves' manuscripts. Jeff Busby published his a complete close-up routine "Color Isolation", written and illustrated by Joseph K. Schmidt (1988).
As can be seen in Linking Ring Reports (May, 1996), he was still attending his local Linking Ring meetings with his son, Connie Bush, Jr. well into his nineties after retiring to Florida.[1][2]
