Daniel Garcia
Born1981

Daniel Garcia (b. 1981) is a Texas based street magician, author, creator and consultant.

Biography

He was a consultant on David Blaine's "Dive of Death" television special.

Inspired by David Copperfield at the age of five, Garcia started doing birthday parties and working in a magic shop by the age of thirteen. By sixteen, he was also doing four restaurant gigs.

Soon after dropping out of college to make a career out of magic, his left hand was severely burnt in a fire. After seven months of therapy, he took up guitar to help rebuild his dexterity. After about six months of guitar, his hand was back up to 98 percent mobility.

Garcia has authored effects through Ellusionist and other magic companies starting with his first projects "Torn" and "The Daniel Garcia Project" in the Paul Harris Presents line of effects.[1][2]
