Flash Paper was a short lived newsletter by Steve Kelley out of Mishawaka, Indiana which ran for five issues from April until November in 1965.

It was printed during the off-month of Top Hat publications when it went bi-monthly.

Kelley tried Flash Paper again in 1973 as the newsletter of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of Magic Youth International but that lasted for only a single issue.
