It's an impromptu levitation where the top half of a deck float upwards. The description suggests that it should be done one on one with a spectator.

- The Ultimate Floating Deck pamphlet by Ben Harris is an extension (1984).
- Genii 1988 January, Vol. 51, No. 7, page 470, Ozzy Close-Up Float-Flip-Flight by Ben Harris and Srechko Howard. Srechko have a handling that has a climax (as after the float) where the chosen card files out of the deck. Plus an added the idea of having the chosen card snap out of the pack in a reversed state.
