Frank Cleaver (c.1893-1958) was an English amateur magician and first class mechanic, who worked with the British Railways in Argentina.

Biography

He returned to England in the 1950s after helping build Fu Manchu's show while in Argentina. After returning to England, Frank devoted himself to magic, inventing new effects and improving standard ones. His Flying Saucer won him first prize for invention at the Geneva FISM Congress in 1952

He was friends with the likes of Dai Vernon, Harlan Tarbell, Richiardi Junior, Milbourne Christopher and Sam Horowitz.
