Frederick Holley (1911-1990) was a semi-professional magician who was a long standing member of the Magic Circle.

Biography

He was first interested in magic at age of ten as was giving public performances as a schoolboy. His first professional appearance was at 18.

Holley owned a valuable magical library. [1]

While on active service during the Second World War he performed for his fellow servicemen in the desert. He was a member of Will Goldston's Magicians' Club and became a full member of the Magic Circle in January 1953. Until 1965 he performed at charity functions, especially for the Spastics Society.[2]
