George H. Little performed a Chinese act under the name "Ah Foon", after seeing the success of Ching Ling Foo. For years he was connected with the New York Herald and resided in the city of Brooklyn, with a summer home in New Jersey. Little also performed shadowgraphy.
At an early age he joined a circus as a contortionist and acrobat, and later on he entered vaudeville as a dancer
