Harry Houdini Hinson 9c.1913-1934), the nephew of Harry Houdini, was an amateur magician.
Biography
Houdini started Hinson with books and parlor magic. He enjoyed performing and gave shows locally. He performed the needle trick and got his picture in the New York Times.
In the Sphinx (September, 1927) it was written that "Harry Houdini Hinson, nephew and protege of the late oudini, is making quite a name for himself as a clever performer. Under the watchful eyes of Mrs. Houdini he has improved greatly. I am sure he will be among the leaders in time to come."
He died at the age of 20 (or 21) after a sledding accident, hitting a tree while going down a slope too fast. Although he was taken to a hospital, he developed peritonitis due to a ruptured spleen.[1][2]
