Biography
A resident of Boston, Baltimore, Florida and the last 12 years of his life in Dallas, Davis was the son of magician Herbert A. Davis (1869-1944). He was born the night that his father was sharing a bill with Harry Houdini. Returning to the hotel after the performance and learning of the birth, Houdini threw a gold coin on the bed, saying, "Let this boy be a famous magician."
Along with his wife and their daughter, they entertained at military bases and hospitals during War World II.
Later in life Davis worked as a purchasing agent when he wasn't performing magic.
He was a member of the Magician Alliance of Eastern States and the Society of Osiris.[1]
