Innovations was a magic magazine, consisting of only three issues, written by Charles Reynolds and illustrated by Al Copper (1 and 2) and Richard Kaufman (3) from 1972 to 1976.
Innovations explained tricks by Derek Dingle. The methods were purposefully simplified from Dingle's original handlings to increase sales. The actual versions as performed by Dingle are described in The Complete Works of Derek Dingle (Kaufman, 1982). The handlings described in Innovations have never been reprinted.
