Jiminy Cricket Count is a 2-4-4 False Count in which the cards of a four card packet are shown two at a time, but two of the four cards are hidden.

It was developed by Ed Marlo and published in Marlo's Magazine Volume 4 (1981). The name comes from Marlo stating at the time of seeing the Gemini Count, "Jimminy Cricket - what's with..."[1]
