John G. Lang (1877-1951) traveled over a large area of the United States giving his magic shows.
Biography
In his early days he was employed by the Traction Co. of Cincinnati as conductor. Later he went to work for the Prudential Insurance Co. After that he went to Ashville, North Carolina where he spent a great many years.
His interest in magic increased all through the years. He traveled over a large area of the United States giving his magic shows. A very close friend of George Stock and Levasser, he was a member of South Carolina Magic I.B.M. Ring 63.
A few years before he died of a heart attack, he settled in Spartanburg, S. C. where he opened a photography studio as well as doing magic shows in and around that area.[1]
